Roofing
Gravity provides a wide range of roofing services ranging from initial condition surveys to comprehensive long range planning for maintenance, repair and replacement. Gravity has trained professionals able to perform visual, cut test, and thermal inspections to adequately assess the condition of building roofing systems. This allows us to determine the most effective repair or replacement strategies.
Building Envelope
Gravity concentrates on providing cost effective practical solutions to building envelope performance problems. Our team of building envelope engineers can assess and provide design solutions for cladding systems such as masonry, EIFS/stucco, metal cladding, windows, waterproofing and sealant issues.
Investigation
At Gravity, we have a wide variety of on site investigation capabilities. We are able to perform on site condition assessments, concrete acoustical testing, thermal imaging, water testing, visual reviews, and various types of intrusive investigation. Our team is willing to get dirty to adequately review problem areas to help determine the source of the issues.
